Pruitt Title has taken Broker Opens to the next level. Our very large network, social media strategy, and customized event planning system make for a Broker’s Open people flock to. Our goal is to create a very special event that will make you look like a rockstar to your peers and your clients.

PRUITT TITLE’S SYSTEM INCLUDES:

• Creates and prints feedback forms specific to the property
• Planning the day and time for the most optimum success depending on the type of property, location, listing date and  price
• Creates a beautiful flyer and posts it in multiple Facebook Forums
• Creates a Facebook Ad and boosts it to agents within a 15-mile radius of the property
• Plans an impressive lunch, often including multiple options, dessert and beverages
• Arranges for delivery set up of the food
• Provides all utensils, napkins, etc. needed
• Coordinates additional sponsors to provide gift cards or any additional items needed
• Sends an email invitation to every agent within a 15-mile radius (usually about 2500 agents)
• Heavy social media promotion up to the time of the event (Instagram Stories, Facebook Stories are the most successful as of 2019)
• Assist with greeting guests, taking guests on a tour of the home and answering questions
• Complete cleanup service, including wiping down kitchen counters, turning lights off and disposing of trash offsite
